In January, one of them gave its workforce an anonymous door to its trained MHFAiders. The other carried on as normal.
You’ve got the whole year in your hand. Drag through it and watch them come apart.
The gap one anonymous door opened between two identical sites of sixty people, in one year — with the cost of EasierAsk already counted against it.

Both sites are an illustration, not client data. The model assumes sixty people per site, £180 per day of absence, £5,000 to replace a leaver, and the EasierAsk annual licence band for that headcount (£3,000 a year for a site of up to 99 people). The shape of the divergence — fatigue surfacing early where people can speak anonymously, and surfacing in absence records and incident reports where they can’t — reflects published UK research on disclosure at work, not a guarantee of outcomes.
